Christie’s International Real Estate, the world’s leading luxury real estate network, has awarded CONLON one of its prestigious Affiliate-of-the-Year Awards for 2014.
The award was presented during Christie’s International Real Estate’s annual Global Agents Conference, held March 25-26 in Beverly Hills.
CONLON, one of over 140 global affiliates in the Christie’s network, won affiliate-of-the-year in the Large Market category. The firm was honored for its innovative marketing, creative branding, technology and more.

Each year, submissions for the Affiliate-of-the-Year awards are made by members of the Christie’s International Real Estate network of more than 140 global affiliates.
These submissions are evaluated based on the strength of the Affiliate’s marketing collateral, web-based initiatives, participation in referral business to the network, efforts around enhanced marketing programs and other areas in which the Christie’s International Real Estate brand has been showcased.
A team of Christie’s International Real Estate executives selects the recipients in recognition of their excellence in the areas noted above, as well as their overall innovation and leadership in the small (population less than 275,000); medium (population between 275,000 and 1,750,000); and large (population over 1,750,000) market categories.
